Children’s Policy: Children up to 11 years old sharing with parents are free of charge. Maximum room occupancy is two people per room. Casali di Casole is unable to accept anything over the maximum occupancy. Baby cots are free of charge.

Extra Charges: Extra beds available upon advanced request and within maximum occupancy number for 150.00 EUR per day (maximum – one roll away per Villa or Casali). Cots and cribs are available upon advanced request at no extra cost.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at Casali di Casole residences.

Local City Tax: Casole d’Elsa city tax is 2.50 EUR per adult, per night, applicable up to the first five nights. Children under 11 years of age are exempt. Subject to change without notice and is collected upon check-in.

Wildlife and Hunting Reserve: Casali di Casole residences are located in a stunning estate with living wildlife (wild boar, deer, pheasants etc.) and within an operating hunting reserve. While hunting is limited to special permits and authorizations, activity can be heard and wildlife observed more often during hunting season.

OTHER CONDITIONS & POLICIES

Upon check-in, Guests must present a passport or valid EU identity card to Casali di Casole in order to register such occupancies with the local authorities as required by law. Guest shall also provide the name and telephone number of persons to be contacted in the event of an emergency. Casali di Casole shall deliver the property to the guest in good condition and working order. The guest acknowledges and agrees that Casali di Casole is not responsible for any cancellation or delay in rental due to reasons over which Casali di Casole has no control including, without limitation, political events, religious events, terrorism, natural disasters, fires, accidents, war, strikes, governmental measures, industrial actions or other such unforeseeable conditions or events.

Casali di Casole is luxuriously furnished and features fully equipped residential villas. The guest(s) shall be responsible for any damage to the property itself (or to any other or to the estate) that occurs during the time on the estate. The property shall be returned in the same state in which it was provided.

Upon check-in, Casali di Casole will require a credit card to cover any damages to the property caused by the occupants or guests of occupants. Upon check-in, report any damage to the property immediately. Upon check-out, Casali di Casole will inspect the Villa or Casali for any damage and report it to the guest within 48 hours of departure. In the event of damage, professional estimates will be provided and the provided credit card by guest will be charged accordingly.

The guest making the reservation is responsible for his or her group and all occupants of the property during the aforementioned period of stay. The following rules must be followed at all times:

• No activity is allowed which interferes unduly with the peaceful possession and proper use of the property or of neighboring properties/hotel, nor shall any fire hazard or unsightly accumulation of refuse be allowed.
• No lights shall be emitted which are unreasonably bright or cause unreasonable glare; no sound shall be emitted which is unreasonably loud or annoying; and no odor shall be emitted which is nauseous or offensive to others.
• No animals, birds, insects, or livestock of any kind shall be kept on or in the property other than properly licensed and certified service animals for disabled persons. No pets are allowed.
• No smoking is permitted within the interior areas of the Villa Apartment.
• Guests shall abide by all the rules, regulations and instructions issued by Casali di Casole for the use of the villas or casalis and all areas within the estate.

In the event Casali di Casole terminates this agreement prior to the dates of the reservation, the guest shall be refunded the full deposit and Casali di Casole shall use reasonable efforts to arrange an alternate date for the guest to vacation on the estate. Guest understands and agrees that the remedies set forth above are the guest’s sole and exclusive remedies in connection with a termination or breach of this agreement by Casali di Casole.

Belmond Castello di Casole:

Belmond Castello di Casole and Casali di Casole are operated by different entities. Casali di Casole guests have access to the Belmond Castello di Casole facilities and amenities based on availability provided by Belmond. Casali Di Casole cannot guarantee access to the spa, gym, swimming pool or restaurant at The Belmond Castello di Casole during blackouts, buy-outs and/or during high occupancy levels at the property.
